Frequently asked questions

How much is a consultation?

Consultations for acne scar concerns are free. For other skin concerns, such as rashes or other medical skin conditions, a 45-minute consultation with Dr. Miguel is ₱800.

Which Scar Program level is right for me?

It depends on the type and depth of your scars. Dr. Miguel will assess your skin during your consultation and recommend Scar Polish, Scar Refine or Scar Renew.

Who performs the treatments?

All treatments are performed by or under the supervision of Dr. Miguel, our Medical Director.

Is there any downtime?

Many treatments have little to no downtime. Some, like CO2 laser or microneedling, may cause a few days of redness. We'll explain what to expect before you book.
