Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only for appointments cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled service.

Refunds will not be guaranteed for cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the appointment, but each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Eliorah Medical Aesthetics.

Rescheduling

Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing or via our official booking channels and confirmed by our staff.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Any payment for missed appointments, late cancellations (less than 10 days), or “no-show” appointments will be considered non-refundable.

Refunds do not cover costs incurred for third-party products or services used during the procedure.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Eliorah Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees from the refund amount, if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eliorah Medical Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
