Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds will be issued only for appointments cancelled at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled service.

• Refunds will not be guaranteed for cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the appointment, but each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Eliorah Medical Aesthetics.

Rescheduling

• Clients are permitted to reschedule appointments as an alternative to cancellation, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing or via our official booking channels and confirmed by our staff.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Any payment for missed appointments, late cancellations (less than 10 days), or “no-show” appointments will be considered non-refundable.

• Refunds do not cover costs incurred for third-party products or services used during the procedure.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

• Eliorah Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees from the refund amount, if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

• By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Eliorah Medical Aesthetics shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
